Tiboni kicks off our Sunday "blues block" with "The Big City Blues 
Cruise" from 3 to 6PM.  Bob Porter's syndicated program "Portraits In 
Blue" is on from 6 to 7.  Michael Jewett is in at 7 for "Blues And 
Some Other Stuff" and Doug Cameron wraps it up with "Blues On The
