[JPL] Ruth Brown Passes

She was one of the greatest, and yes though she was known for R&B, her bands 
were filled with great jazz musicians -- Rodney Jones, Bill Easley, Bobby 
Forrester, Bubba Brooks, Tootsie Bean...and on and on.  A sad day indeed.
