Those are pretty cool if you can make them work for you--they strengthen core muscles and you actually use some calories while sitting!

Relaunching this summer


I have heard that standing makes for better alertness but I've never tries
it. It would be kind of hard in our less than ideal studio setup. 
Have you ever seen those rubbber balls that are in vogue for sitting on?
My colleague says that he is much more alert at the end of the day because
it forces him to sit up with proper posture.
