Hi Blaise,

I think what Ed is trying to avoid is the administrative duties it would take to register 600 members. A parallel can be mde with station fund raising. A station can’t force it’s listeners to make a financial contribution, but if the listener enjoys the station and chooses not to help keep the station in operation
..they run the risk of the station not being around in the future for them to enjoy. It’s really the same thing here.


If people dig and appreciate the JPL
.they should pony up.

One consideration, if you charge, the station will pay for trade
information.  If it's a donation they won't participate.  Just a thought.
