Sirius Renews Deal With NPR

      March 12, 2007

Sirius Satellite Radio has renewed its long-term agreement with
National Public Radio (NPR) to continue programming two 24/7 public radio
channels. The channels, NPR Now and NPR Talk, include a variety of
news/talk, cultural and entertainment programming. Among the news and talk
shows are Talk of the Nation, News & Notes, Fresh Air, The Diane Rehm Show,
Day to Day, Marketplace, On the Media, Radio Times, Justice Talking, Latino
USA and Forum. Entertainment shows on the NPR channels include A Prairie
Home Companion, Car Talk, Chef's Table and Travel with Rick Steves, while
Jazz Profiles and Soundprint are some of the arts and music shows in the
lineup.

As part of the deal, Sirius also will be the exclusive satellite radio
home of a new morning news and information program for Adults 25-44 that NPR
will launch in all media in September. Furthermore, selected programs from
NPR Now and NPR Talk will be available to Sirius subscribers through
Sirius.com and Sirius Internet Radio (SIR) starting later in 2007
