about intellectual property coverage, writes about IAJE and its approach  to 

I don't  know that the scrutiny will be any less under Chap 7 
than 11; ....the  trustee's 
obligation to investigate what happened is the same either  
way.  If there is some serious evidence of wrong-doing, that  
starts to look like criminal matter, which would be a matter 
for the  attorney general in the state of incorporation, or 
perhaps federal DoJ or  the IRS....
