America Swings from the Bayou to the Rockies.

KUVO and WWOZ continue a unique partnership in providing ‘live’ music for
thousands of listeners. WWOZ comes to Denver during the week of the
Democratic National Convention for a JAM-BALYA event made possible by the
Friends of New Orleans. The Sunday, August 24th evening event brings
well-over fifty New Orleans musicians to the Mile High City. WWOZ General
Manager David Friedman invited KUVO to be part of this broadcast from Denver
’s Fillmore Auditorium. KUVO’s CEO Gene Craven and COO/Program Director
Carlos Lando jumped at the chance to once again partner with the New Orleans
community radio station.
