[JPL] a new (old) concept for music selection in radio

To me, if SMOOOOTH JAZZ, as they called in at WQCD can not make it in 
New York City it will soon be much the same in other communities.  The 
consultants helped do them in.... and their automation.  ALOHA  Tom
