Right on with your hat on(or off). Just before Oscar Brown Jr. passed
Nichelle who was a lifelong friend of Oscar and Jean Pace was here at KUVO
in conjunction with the preview of Oscar's bio-docu filmed by Denver's own,
donnie l. betts. We interviewed her and she said the very same thing on the
air and then when a few of us had lunch with her she went on to elaborate
her admiration for the Rev Dr MLK Jr and other Civil Rights memories. I
recall as a teen being a fan of the original TV Star Trek and the protest
parade at NBC's studio in beautiful downtown Burbank because of its
cancellation. Ms Nichols said most of the folks in the parade were shills
hired by a few fanatical Trekkies
