[JPL] Vocalist Dana Lauren interview on WWUH Fri, Feb 4 at 10 am

Vocalist Dana Lauren, a native of Windsor, CT, will be a guest in the WWUH studios on Friday, February 4 at 11 a.m., Eastern. Friday Morning Jazz host Pete LeBlanc will conduct the interview on 91.3 FM, also streaming live at http://wwuh.org. WWUH, Public Alternative Radio, broadcasts from The University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT.
 
Ms. Lauren's latest release, "It's You or No One," is a self-produced effort featuring onetime West Hartford saxophonist Joel Frahm and Hartford native Luques Curtis on bass. Selections from the new disc will be featured during Friday morning's interview.

Lauren, a recent graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, was a semi-finalist in last year's Thelonious Monk Vocal Jazz Competition.
