[JPL] Can Jazz Matter? The NEA and the Jazz Masters Awards

Yep, I have recently been playing CDs from Finland and The Netherlands 
sent to me by their associates.  They have been at the Rochester Jazz 
Festival for several years and gladly share their Jazz Projects and what 
wonderful packaging.  ALOHA  Tom
