Does Google have a spreadsheet program. I know they have Google Docs which is free. I've never checked on a spreadsheet ?

A simple database like Microsoft Access (part of Office) or even an Excel
(also part of Office) or Works spreadsheet would give you a lot of
capability.

Oh, wait: you said free or cheap. If you're already using Office or Works,
then you have what you need. Probably not worth buying for just that
application, though.

Does anyone know of any cheap, or free software to keep track of prize
winners?
