[JPL] Tommy Williams?

Now that Patrick J. has posted the Tommy Williams article on NPR's blog
site maybe someone will give you some more clues about him. I might suggest
contacting the folks at Rutgers Jazz Institute or else maybe finding Dean
Pratt on Facebook, he might be able to point you in the right direction/.
