[JPL] Cities that have TWO full time jazz stations

If you count Newark, NJ and NY, NY as one city (which they aren't), but
they're 10 miles apart and serve the same market, WBGO and WKCR (the
Columbia University station) each program well over 40 hours a week: WKCR
close to 50 hours a week and WBGO virtually round the clock.

For research on an upcoming article I need to know, how many cities in the
U.S. have 2 FULL TIME Jazz stations?

FULL TIME would be programming jazz 40 HOURS a week or more
